¿Qué veremos en esta ruta?

🦅 Salto del Gitano
Uno de los grandes iconos del parque. Veremos de cerca a los buitres leonados planeando junto a las rocas, y con suerte, también al buitre negro o al águila real. Tu guía te explicará el porqué de este ecosistema tan singular.

🏰 Castillo de Monfragüe (opcional)
Si las condiciones lo permiten, accederemos al castillo para disfrutar de unas vistas privilegiadas sobre todo el parque y los valles fluviales del Tajo y Tiétar.

🌿 Bosques y dehesas
Durante la ruta cruzaremos zonas de bosque mediterráneo, con encinas, alcornoques, lentiscos y jaras. Podremos ver ciervos, zorros y muchas aves en su hábitat natural.

🌉 Puente del Cardenal (en función de la época del año)
Uno de los pasos históricos del río Tajo dentro del Parque Nacional de Monfragüe. Aquí conoceremos su importancia como punto estratégico de comunicación y también como enclave ecológico donde el agua y la roca generan un paisaje muy característico.

🔭 Miradores del río Tiétar
Nos acercaremos a varios puntos elevados desde los que se domina el río Tiétar. En estos miradores haremos paradas prolongadas para observar aves con telescopio, aprender sobre la dinámica fluvial del parque y disfrutar del silencio de la naturaleza.

🏡 Villarreal de San Carlos
Pequeño núcleo donde se encuentra el centro de visitantes del Parque Nacional. Aquí podremos hacer una breve parada si lo deseas.
